Your Contact Information

Contact information supplied to Senior Artists Network is kept private and is not shared, with the following exceptions:

• Shared Mailings: If your Profile is set to OPT IN to shared mailings (and SAN does share its mailing list with other organizations) then your name and address and/or email address may be shared. By default, you are not included in these shared mailing lists (should they occur).
• Public Email: If your Profile allows us to share your email address with viewers of the website, then we will include a link to your email address in various locations on the website. The default is to exclude your email from this feature. To reduce SPAM, we also obfuscate the email address when it is displayed.

Your Membership Information

Membership information is stored on our server to facilitate your use of the site and provide the capability to build galleries and display artworks (with proper attribution). Your membership information is generally kept private, with the following exceptions:

• Name: Your name is displayed in relation to any artwork, gallery, show, opening announcements or other member communication that may be stored for public access.
• Galleries: If your artwork is included in a Gallery, then information from your Profile may be displayed. Galleries may be managed by yourself or by SAN volunteers (e.g., board members).
• Biography Biographical information may be stored in your Profile. If you do place information here, it may be displayed to visitors of the website. Storing information in your Profile biography may also result in your name appearing on the website.

Use of Cookies

Cookies related to this website may be store on your computer (content is encrypted for privacy and safety).

• Not used for activity tracking and not shared with third parties

Visitor and member IP addresses may be logged on our server
